Fiscal Year 2020 Results
McCormick reported a 5% sales increase in 2020 compared to 2019, with minimal impact from currency. Transaction expenses and special charges lowered earnings per share by $0.05 in 2020 while special charges lowered earnings per share by $0.06 in 2019. The Company continues to generate strong cash flow. Net cash provided by operating activities reached a record $1.04 billion in 2020, a 10% increase from $947 million in 2019.
